Back by popular demand is the Kreider Rehab Center’s Mat Pilates class. Pilates is a form of exercise designed to stabilize and strengthen the "core" muscles. Instructor is a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Pilates Instructor. Classes are small and held at LMH South Kreider Rehabilitation Clinic. $72 for 8 week session.
