Still not giving up.....back to Week Two

Sometimes the pursuit of a goal is not a straight line.
Sometimes, it involves moving sideways -- in this case, repeating Week Three.
Sometimes it involves pulling back on other goals. I've reduced the upper body weight in the Body Pump classes at Body Boutique, so that I don't injure myself.
Sometimes it means pausing after moving two steps forward to take three steps back. I threw out my back a couple of weeks ago, and had to stop.
But this morning, I start back on Week Two, and will probably repeat it next week, just to make sure I'm building enough strength and steam to power through Week Three and tackle Week Four.
The good news: Before I threw out my back, I did 50 pushups in the endurance test. Woohoo!
This 100 Pushups challenge is a doozy, and is testing my determination. But determined I am.
