Strength

Brief update as one of the challengers.

The biggest challenge has been the early mornings (especially during fair week when I didn't get to bed until late anyways and was on my feet all day long.) The other challenge is adjusting eating habits. Not going on a diet but actually changing the way I eat. I don't eat to bad normally, but always room for improvement.

Getting towards the end of phase one and the biggest difference is that I have gotten stronger. I haven't noticed any major physical changes, but since I see myself everyday, probably won't for a while. But the ability to do more reps or actually increase a weight has been great. I ran a 5k (not having done a ton of running since the start of the program) and my time went up, even with a tight back. That was a nice surprise.

It's great to hear about your progress. Can you give one example of how you are changing your eating habits? Best of luck with the challenge. I can't wait to hear more.
