My Progress

Wrapping up the fourth week of this program. Workouts are still kicking my butt, however that's probably the way it's supposed to be! I am noticing that both my "wind" and "strength" endurance are improving. Since the beginning of this program I've dropped 19 lbs. To be truthful, I haven't been able to eat as healthy as I would like, or the way Bill Phillips would like for that matter! However I've made dramatic changes in my diet. For example I've had no type of soft drinks for over a month now and regularly snack on fruit and yogurt. The workouts are demanding but when they're over, it feels great to have completed them. Everyone in the room really seems to be pushing themselves during our sessions. I often feel tired, but seem to have more energy now than I used to. I'm really glad that I am a part of this and am thankful for the opportunity. Laters

Sorry for the delayed response. I would suggest small changes in the early stages of whatever program is followed. A drastic change can be successful, but it usually takes a higher level of commitment and self discipline than a gradual approach. Set realistic short term and long term goals to keep you motivated throughout your time and most of all, believe in yourself.
