The Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer’s™ is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.
Bridge Haven, a memory care community in Lawrence has formed a team called the Bridge Haven Memory Makers. This is an open invitation to the Lawrence community to join our team in an effort to raise awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer’s disease.
