Family Fun Day set for May 5th at Midnight Farm

Midnight Farm is hosting it's annual Family Fun Day fundraiser on May 5th from 10:00-3:00. There will be vegetable plants, flowers, and craft for sale, all made or developed by our consumers. Kids' games and a petting paddock will be available throughout the day. Pony rides and horse drawn wagon rides are a first come first serve basis from 10-noon. There will be live entertainment throughout the day including the Baldwin Dance Academy in the morning and the Wild Women of the Frontier at 1:30. Cutter's Smoke House will be selling lunch from 11-2. Lawrence Humane Society will also be hosting an adoption event from the farm that day. Entrance to the greenhouse and farm are free, an all-day fun pass to participate in the games and activities is $5/child with a max of $20/family. CLO's Midnight Farm is a non-profit organization serving adults and children with disabilities. They offer therapeutic riding lessons and a horticulture club year round.
