Frolic, Fundraiser for Douglas County AIDS Project, This Saturday!

Please support the Douglas County AIDS Project by coming to the Granada this Saturday, August 20th! WIlliam Welch will host Frolic, an event featuring DJ Alan Paul, massages by Andrew from Elevate, a photobooth from Oh!Snap!, a silent art auction featuring several local artist, several prints for sale from the Whiskey A Go Go by Dawn Wirth (LA punk photographer), and the Hoop Mamas! Several items are being raffled off as well! Gift bags of Kevin Murphy products from the Green Room Salon , a gift certificate from Teller's, a massage coupon from Sabrina at Channels of Healing, and more! This will be an amazing event and a great night!

Local DJ Alan Paul will be spinning Deep House and Electro music all night. What is Deep House? Deep House is funky dance music that keeps a continual mellow groove. Alan Paul Weil is an accomplished local DJ who plays regularly around Lawrence.

The Douglas County AIDS Project is non-profit community based organization that provides supportive and responsive care for the diverse community affected by HIV/ AIDS. DCAP provides client care and case management for those living with HIV/ AIDS, as well as education and outreach for the community on how we can decrease the spread of HIV. DCAP also offers free condoms and free confidential HIV testing Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 at our office, located at 2518 Ridge Court #101.

This is sure to be a great night with tons of music, good vibes, art and Love, all to support DCAP!
