I have talked with many women who have begun showing signs of bone loss due to osteoporosis. They are always worried that if they begin an exercise program, they might risk breaking a bone due to the bone loss. We have a new program here at the Senior Center, in collaboration with Lawrence Parks and Recreation called Rusty Joints. It is a fun, very beneficial exercise program that you might want to consider.
