We at Douglas County Visiting Nurses, Rehabilitation, and Hospice Care want everyone to stay healthy this flu season, which is why we would like to inform you that we are holding flu shot clinics beginning in September.
Staying protected during flu season means fewer people at risk for infection, fewer lost days of work, and fewer family members home sick in need of care, and having a flu shot will help to insure that you will stay healthy during this flu season. We are inviting local area businesses to join in booking hassle-free on-sight flu shot clinic appointments to immunize their employees and protect them from the flu. Flu shots are twenty-four dollars per person, or paid for by Medicare Part B, and those receiving shots must be eighteen years of age or older.
