Avoid the elevator! Climbing stairs can burn about 10 calories every minute. If you take the stairs several times a day at work or home this can add up to an impressive 100 calories in ten minutes.
Dont have stairs at work or home? Try a walking path with more hills or find stairs at a local park or public space.
