Exercise Program

GET FIT!!!! This is a new exercise program and will start next Wednesday on June, 27th at 6:30 p.m. These classes are free to our patients and will be offered every Monday and Wedneday at 6:30 p.m. We will meet behind the Health Care Access Clinic and walk over to the park on 5th and Maine to do our workout. This workout will allow you to go at your own pace and choose the intensity level that you desire! Hope to see you there!
