Health Care Access Clinic and Douglas County AIDS Project cut the ribbon on their new shared office space January 31st with the help of the Chamber of Lawrence and supporters of the agencies. The co-location was the first fruit born from many months of discussions between the two non-profits, sponsored by United Way of Douglas County. Knowing that we are in a time of shrinking resources, we all must work smarter and more efficiently.
Thanks to all who came out to support us and help the dialogue continue for more effective collaboration in our community!
