Food journaling is a good place to start when wanting to make changes in your diet. Regardless the need (i.e. to lose weight, gain weight, assurance vitamins & minerals are consumed, or just simply curious) keeping a food journal is a sure-fire way to track your daily eating habits.
These sites are great tools to use! They are free of charge and give you the choice to opt out of email updates. There is one rule though - be as honest as possible. The tools are only as effective as you allow them to be.
