About Kiddos

Somewhere between the ages of two and twelve, after parents are surprised to discover their kids are developing their own lives and before they start lying down in the back seat to avoid being seen with the "YOU", are the impressionable, teachable years.

Parents can instill best health behaviors, and kids can educate and involve their parents in what they're learning in school. It's when family history is made, when memories and traditions are laid down that last everyone for a lifetime, and the strong connections made between family and the community can set the stage for long, healthy lives.
