Kansas Relays photo contest entries roll in

If you haven't heard yet, we're celebrating the annual return of Kansas Relays by giving away three family packs of tickets to the event, held April 20-23. Each pack contains two adult and two child admission buttons, plus two Kansas Relays T-shirts. To enter, just send in your favorite kids' sports photos. We're posting them in a gallery on our Facebook page, but the first batch is adorable enough that we thought you might enjoy a weekend smile. We'll be adding more to the Facebook gallery as we receive them, so keep checking back!

Haven't got your photo in yet? The deadline is noon on Tuesday, April 19. Here's the contest entry form.

From Ronna: "My son winning the Jimmy V comeback award for 2010. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer in feb 2009, and had to drop out of college for two surgeries. He played basketball for Youngstown State. While doing that he endured 4 rounds of 5-day, 8-hour chemo treatments. My son was declared cancer free in September of 2009 and started the first game in November of 2009."

From Kelly: "He decided that he wanted to try playing football so we signed him up for flag football in the spring. He only played a couple of games because of school, church and other activities. This picture is him running for a touchdown and he was so pride of what he accomplished."
