Prairie Park Nature Center is offering an after-school hiking program for children ages 7 to 12.
The Winter Hiking Club will be from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 11, Jan. 25, Feb. 8 and Feb. 22. The club will take a trip to visit Clinton Lake eagles, map deer movement in the park and observe winter birds. Cost is $5 per child per hike.
