The Mirth Cafe menu has what I am looking for when I eat out, interesting combinations of fresh ingredients for salads and wraps. The Portobella Mushroom wrap (pictured) has mushrooms with feta, red peppers, onions, spinach and homemade pesto. The Spinach Pear salad with citrus basil vinaigrette looks and sounds wonderful. Harry's Chicken Salad is the first fat free chicken salad I have seen at a restaurant. (They use fat free yogurt in the dressing.)
You can start your day with a short stack of whole wheat pancakes, lowfat granola with fresh fruit or a hearty bowl of oatmeal with fruit. If you are in the mood for something more substantial you can build your own omelet or burrito with veggies and lean meat. The Red Beans and Rice are a great side option.

The spinach pear salad and chai latte are delicious. My favorite part of the Mirth's food is how it looks on the plate. The cook does an AMAZING job of presentation.
I recommend Sean's Couscous when it is on special: the dish is arguably my favorite at any restaurant.

Mirth is my favorite place for meetings. I'm going to have to try that wrap--it's making my mouth water!
