I always check out nutrition information on restaurant websites. The information is often listed in tiny type with page after page of menu items to sort through. The great thing about the nutrition information on Culver's and Panera's websites is how easy it is to read and use. The nutrient content pops up with the total for the dish you pick but also the nutrition information for each ingredient.
If you are disappointed in the calories and saturated fat in your burger or salad uncheck the cheese and see how much you save. Before you grab a quick meal at either restaurant take a few minutes to check and see how your meal adds up.
