Local chef Hilary Kass offers tips on healthy cooking during dinner at Van Go

On Tuesday, March 13, Van Go hosted a family-style dinner as part of their Go Healthy! program.
With the expertise of resident foodie Hilary Kass, ‘family’ members learned about the foods they would eat and ways to healthfully prepare them.
Twenty-five Van Go family members dined on a yummy baked potato bar with toppings such as kale and ground turkey—and a green smoothie for dessert.
