On September 19, over 80 employees participated in the 2nd Annual WorkWell Lawrence Symposium held at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center. Keynote Speaker David Hunnicutt, PhD, President of WELCOA, engaged the audience on "Building a World Class Wellness Program". Following, six breakouts sessions were offered which focused on creating a culture of health at work.

Doctor finds 'A Healthier Wei' to treat kids
Julie Wei was a pediatric Otolaryngologist, or ear, nose and throat specialist, at the University of Kansas Medical Center for more than ten years when she began to see a trend that she didn’t like: a large number of children with chronic congestion.
