Medical vs. Dental Showdown about Collaboration

The first annual tug-of-war between the Douglas County Dental Clinic and the Health Care Access Clinic was about teamwork really. Both agencies need each other's expertise to help those who don't have health and dental coverage. The mouth is part of the body - and we need to help the whole person not just one body part. Today's event was to highlight our partnership during Safety Net Clinic Week - thanks for everyone who came out to cheer us on!
