The River City Cosmo Club is a great group of Lawrencians out there doing their darndest to be on the winning side in the fight against diabetes. Even though this is a serious fight, we make it a fun and entertaining battle. We are close to 70 strong in membership numbers and everyone does their part to be active members. The River City Cosmo Club Membership Night was a great success.A great job was done by all presenters and evidently the message was a good one too. So far I have heard that we picked up 7 new members from this presentation, and one of the new members has already inquired about bringing more potential members to our next meeting. Way to go Membership Committee and Cosmos that brought guests.
