End-of-year celebration to focus on social determinants of health

Tomorrow, Thursday, December 6, at 7 p.m. at the Carnegie Building, guests of "Fill up. Pour out." will rally around the cause of health care for the underserved in an effort to bring recognition to the fact that income and health are directly related.

Appetizers created by Chef Robert and Molly Krause (owners of the Burger Stand) will be served in addition to drinks courtesy of 23rd Street Brewery and Parkway Wine & Spirits.

The event will feature interactive activities with guests, a health-focused photo booth, and a short program by HCHC staff and board members.

Get your tickets to "Fill Up. Pour Out." and support the cause of health care for in-need community members by visiting www.heartlandhealth.org/fupowinter12. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or at the door the evening of the event.
