We had Chili today for Lunch! I know that it seems like an unlikely dish to serve in the summer, but it went over pretty well. We served 94 meals today.
This morning we had to clean-up from the weekend. I could not have prepared the meal in enough time or had what I wanted out, if it was not for Ken, our volunteer.

Warming & Cooling Program's Meal: Hamburger Patties (gr. beef from Dillons), corn, apples, grapes, salad with dressings, desserts (donated from Dillons & Hy-Vee) and drinks.
