Spiff Up!

In preparation four the 7th annual Kaw Valley Farm Tour, we are spiffing up the West Garden! We are excited to be one of the stops on the tour and hope the weather is as perfect as last year!

We could use some volunteer help this Saturday, September 24 from 10am-2pm. If you are interested in general spiffing or raspberry/blackberry trellising, let us know by email lily@themerc.coop. We are especially interested in post hole diggers and tampers for the trellis.

We had a great time at our Hillcrest Garden Party, and so did these kiddos. Did you know that all it took to keep kids entertained and engaged was to supply them with dirt, a shovel, and something to dig for? Who knew that finding garbanzo beans in the soil could be this thrilling and adorable.
