The West Garden will be on the Kaw Valley Farm Tour for the second year in a row! We are gearing up for a very fun weekend with kids activities, garden tours, beautiful weather, and lots of excited visitors.

George was our most beloved sweet potato. He weighed in at around 4 pounds and was the first of the tubers to be harvested. We later dug Jennifer along with the rest of the sweet potatoes.
Saturday from 1:30-3 we will have a very special Chef Demonstration by Chef Paige Vandegrift, using our West Produce. She will be serving up Sweet Potato Cakes with Red Onion, Apple, & Thyme Relish in the West Garden. Don't worry, neither George nor Jennifer were harmed in the making of these recipes.
