This does not seem like an issue of support. It is a personal choice. There is nothing I can say or do to support this.

However, since you asked ...

It seems that the hormones, vitamins, etc. that are present in placenta could be duplicated through other mean that could deliver the same benefits. Benefits that would help even those that are disgusted by the thought of consuming one's own organ.

After the births of our daughters, we buried the placentas in the yard and planted trees over them. We had heard that it was a native practice for good luck.
