I'm pretty passiionate about healthy living, though I don't always live up to my own standards.

I participate in Wellcommons because I believe that social support is a huge part of making and sustaining healthy changes in our lives. We are all in this together, and we have to encourage each other as much as possible.

Zabel earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 1988. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at Duke University Medical Center.
