I'm a member of LiveWell Lawrence, a community coalition working to make it easier for local residents to eat healthy foods and live physically active lifestyles. For more on LiveWell, visit www.livewelllawrence.org.

I'm pretty passiionate about healthy living, though I don't always live up to my own standards.

I participate in Wellcommons because I believe that social support is a huge part of making and sustaining healthy changes in our lives. We are all in this together, and we have to encourage each other as much as possible.
