"GOOD" Bacteria, "BAD" Bacteria
What a great post. I have used the refrigerated lactobacillus packets from behind the pharm counter for my girls and they were very helpful when repeated ear infections were running rampant through our house. Thanks for the information and the cool, but really gross photo! :)

Welcome Parents!!!
Sorry it took so long to return a comment. I hadn't been getting any, so I stopped looking as often.
Wow! Blending two 3 year old's must be the hardest thing I can imagine. First of all you are going to have to find some way to take care of yourself while caring for the kiddos. Extra pampering, complaining/support groups of other mommies can be helpful. I don't know of any parenting classes yet, but I will research this for you and get back to you.
For the sleeping: You might try something fun like new bedroom arrangement where the boys share a room. I found when my girls were 3 and 4, they found comfort in sharing a room. Especially, if your bio son is used to sleeping with someone, they can find comfort in sharing a room.
You might even start off with a tent in their room where they get used to sleeping in a close space.
Also, having them decide how to decorate the shared room and even help out with things they are able to do in the decoration department. (Make sure to avoid scary faces or animals)
I'll get back with you some more when I find out about parent groups. Good luck!
Stacey
