Blend, baby, blend!
My son will happily drink a green smoothie, but more than that he loves "purple" smoothies made with berries, banana and spinach. We put a bit of cocoa powder and vanilla in there too and it's really great!

Bye-Bye Bounty: It's the beginning of CSA season!

Bye-Bye Bounty: It's the beginning of CSA season!
Danielle, kale chips should work fine with the red kale! I was thinking of doing the same thing with mine. I'm more of a fan of curly green kale, but I think red will work great as kale chips! Did you see the recipes I posted for kale chips last summer? (P.S.: the hubby has finished the paté. I think he might be an official addict)

Bye-Bye Bounty: It's the beginning of CSA season!
Oh, because "Cooking Away My CSA" is already taken by a blogger I know in Chicago! I figured that for a blog about how to eat your whole CSA share, "Bye-Bye Bounty" would get the point across. I do wish it was a bit more clever, though. Any suggestions are welcome:)
