Lawrence community's marathon club for kids to have kick-off party Sunday
I've got a great race for those kids to run the following weekend! The Nash Dash and Bash is a 5K 10K race followed by kids activities and live music on the 600 block of Mass! Check out the Nash Dash and Bash website: bertnashdashbash.org and friend us on facebook!

Jane - this cracked me up! My future in-laws, and grandparents of 5, are proud owners of one rusted and cage-free trampoline!
For sure - I'm definitely not saying to throw some three-year-old on and walk away - but at some point, the cage needs to come down so kids can learn how to screw up.

Potato chips, stopping smoking the main culprits in weight creep
I've heard that we gain about a pound a year as it is (once we hit 30) - so 5 lbs. in 4 years as a consequence to quitting smoking shouldn't be a deterrent!
