Hy-Vee Health & Wellness Focus Group Opportunities

We’re looking for YOU!

We want to hear your opinions on health and wellness services in your Lawrence Hy-Vee stores - specifically those currently being offered and future ideas. You are invited to participate in a focus group discussion with your Hy-Vee Dietitians.

There are 3 sessions available:
• Men (Ages 21+) • Mothers of school-aged children • Older Adults (Ages 65+) •

Space is limited -- please call or email by Noon on Friday, August 10th:
